CRTEC is a legally formed, incorporated organization, recognized in the State of Iowa as a Non-Profit, Non- Government, Child-Protection Service Provider. CRTEC is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service with appropriate EIN and Tax authorization policies operating within IRS Section 501(C) 3 operational guidelines. CRTEC is governed by a Board of Directors, under the oversight of resolved By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation. CRTEC, as a non-profit organization issues annual tax-deductible contribution statements for cash and non-cash (material) donations. Cash donations are receipted for the cash amount donated and non-cash (material) donations are acknowledged as received with description and condition information, however, the tax value is determined by the donor at time of filing. Your donations will be used directly towards the awareness and restoration of children and you get to choose where you would like your funds to be directed.
