About the Golf Marathon

Special thanks goes out to all who participated in the 3rd Annual CRTEC Golf Marathon. The team golfed over 650 holes and raised nearly $3,500 in pledges!

The CRTEC GOLF MARATHON is a recurring event, devoted to raising funds in support of the Center to Restore Trafficked and Exploited Children.

PURPOSE:

Help us launch our new TIP-ID Certification Program nationally.   CRTEC is releasing a new training program for law enforcement, care professionals, service providers and the general public.   Many children are never identified as victims of sexual trafficking, thus they are unable to get the help they need.   We are taking this training across the nation to help these children be IDENTIFIED and the appropriate officials NOTIFIED so restoration may begin.

We are also raising funds to build our brand new CRTEC facility inorder to house and restore child victims of human trafficking.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

GOLF or PLEDGE

We urge, members of the community to solicit pledges from family, friends, and coworkers, then head out for a day on the greens for some great fun and worthwhile giving.

You don’t golf?  Pledge and support someone who will.

WHEN:

The 2010 CRTEC Golf Marathon will be held Monday June 28th @ 8:00 am at the Airport National Golf Course in Cedar Rapids, IA.
